Due to financial constraints, 2 out of 3 franchised record stores belonging to Record World closed. Due to the newfound vinyl resurgence, Record World is taking this opportunity to refresh its flagship store (Record World LA) brand and reconnect with its customers.

The goal is to build a stronger presence by establishing the store on social media, expanding its reach following the closure of its sister stores, and capitalizing on the growing popularity of vinyl records.

Visual Outcome



The potential resurgence of Record World’s sister stores inspired a scalable design system for future franchises. A focus on high-utility usage across locations also led to the development of additional logo variations, ensuring flexibility, consistency, and strong brand recognition in a variety of applications.
